  • When we came to Ashley we were greeted by Rafaela who completely exceeded our expectations of a sales associate. Her presentation as a sales associate was very professional and informative but most of all she was so friendly and easy to talk to. We were at Ashley for a good hour and half looking at mattresses and furniture and just couldn't find ourselves committing to anything that day so we decided we would come back the next day. Before leaving there was a mirror that I fell in love with and had a great deal going on. I was so worried it was going to be gone by the time we came back. To ease that worry, Rafaela marked it as sold until we came back the next day. We came back the next day (mirror still there waiting for us to purchase) and discussed furniture again with Rafaela. We still were indecisive on what we wanted to purchase! We are moving into our home in a month and we just needed more time to think about what we really wanted. Rafaela was so extremely understanding of how overwhelmed we felt and not once did she pressure us into buying anything. She was even the one who suggested we take our time to think about what we wanted to get and for us to come back closer to our move in date. She genuinely wanted us to love and be confident what we purchased. She promised us that she would honor the great deals going on when we come back too! We looked at 3 other furniture stores and out of the tons of sales associate we came in contact with, Rafaela stood out the most in a very positive way. We definitely will be going back and I highly recommend anyone who goes there to ask for Rafaela to help them because I promise you, she will take care of you, make sure you are confident in your purchase and also make sure you get the best deal possible! By the way: I did get my beautiful mirror the second day :D
