  • Came here for a family celebration for Friday/Saturday night stay. All the staff was great and quite friendly. It truly felt like a dream over the weekend. We stayed at one of the Valencia Casitas. Luckily enough, everyone was placed in the same court yard, making it easy to get in contact with everyone. The rooms were absolutely spectacular. Huge king sized bed with a room that was beautifully furnished with a working fireplace. The bathroom was huge, lots of area to get ready. In the room, a book about the history of the resort was available with all the spectacular pictures of each type of room. Compared to the picture in the history book, the renovation of the bar looks great. We stopped by on our first night and had a few drinks. We are from Las Vegas, so to say that bar looked great.... is a great compliment. We also had lunch and breakfast at T Cook's. The service we got was great each time. The sever remember we were here for an 80th birthday, so each time, he brought out a complimentary desert tray. Overall, I had a fantastic time. I wish I could still be there right now and I hope I will be able to visit within the next couple of months again.
