This was our first time eating at Lotus. From the outside, it appeared to be a tiny hole in the wall. The huge number of cars should have been a clue, because we walked in to a large restaurant. We tried calling ahead, and were shocked when they told us they had no remaining reservations...for a Monday evening...at a place off the strip. We decided to go the wait route and had a beer at their large bar while we waited. We started with bacon wrapped shrimp. For our entrees we decided on the classic Pad Thai and the Drunken Noodles Crispy Duck. Everything was good- we were between 3 and 4 stars. Our deciding factor is always, "would we return on our next trip?" We both said no.
