  • Was seated right away, which was great! Friendly staff too. My coffee tasted old, it was very bitter. I then ordered the Florentine Benedict with potatoes. My food arrived and it looked presentable. Upon first bite, It was just barely warm and not hot enough. The taste was okay, yet could have been better. I was not impressed overall. My daughter ordered the kids macaroni and cheese. The food was unpleasant looking. The macaroni and cheese had melted cheese of course, but then it also had shredded unmelted cheese to garnish. I thought it was a bit odd. She was not to fond of the taste either. My son ordered the biscuits and gravy. He was satisfied with the taste of his food. His only complaint was that the biscuits were too small. He thought it was Odd being called "biscuits cafe" with small biscuits. While I was impressed with their employees, I was not impressed with their food. I think they can do better than they are currently doing.
