  • I reviewed this company a couple of months ago and wanted to come back and update the status. The manager of the Florida office actually came to my home, which I found encouraging. I thought that they cared about their customer service. I was sorely mistaken, he had a horrible attitude and did nothing but make excuses. Once we finally got our door installed the metal frame pieces were two different colors. The only piece that was the correct color was the corner post. The remainder was a shiny silver rather than the brushed nickel finish we ordered. After several emails and several weeks go by it's agreed that the installer will come out and replace the one piece that doesn't match and I'll settle for having matching pieces even though it's not the color I wanted. Lo and behold the installer shows up with another piece of metal in the exact same INCORRECT shade that's already there. I asked him politely to get out of my house and left it at that. Long story short, I have a mismatched shower door enclosure and I'll be replacing it as soon as I can. Do not waste your time and money with these people. For whatever reason the Florida office has abysmal customer service and shabby workmanship.
