  • This place does not have a celebrity Chefs name on it but this is one of the best restaurants in Vegas. I loved everything about this place. The ambiance, the decor, the staff and most importantly... the food. We were in the downtown area on Friday night and wanted give this a try. We sat on the rooftop deck and although it was cold outside the heat lamps kept us warm. We got our drinks right away and the waitress told us about how the food is group food and meant to be shared. We loved this. We got the Jalapeno poppers, potatoes and the steak. Every Bit was incredible, and the portions were perfect for the price and for sharing. I've been into Ciders a lot this year and tried the berry Cider they had which was very good but I think she liked it a lot more. I know parking in downtown can be a big hassle, but I know if I'm ever downtown I will be making a stop to the Carson Kitchen.
