  • Wow... My first one star rating of a non-closed business. These jokers showed up to fix a dishwasher and after 30minutes decided that it was our detergent was too old. We go through a box a month! Finally he actually dig some digging and found some clogs... But only after pushing him that my wife wasn't buying his solution. Then on to the oven... Determination that the thermostat is shot, then a 20 minute search for the serial and model number. After not finding it he tells my wife it was removed because the seller didn't want to honor warranty. I found it in ten seconds... Exactly where the manufacturer (a liitle company called GE... You may have heard of them) puts it on every one they make. In the end I rate the tech, Carlos, completely incompetent (apparently he spent half of his time here calling his boss as Carlos was clueless at what he was doing). A followup email to the company yielded nothing and the dishwasher still doesn't work right. There's lots of other options in the valley. I recommend you choose a different one.
