  • I have been coming here for years and each visit I think the service is getting worse . Prices continue to climb too. The front desk is unhelpful and not very caring. I always see different vets and the only thing they have in common is the need to suggest multiple expensive tests to determine even the smallest issue. Valley fever testing is recommended at every visit. The last time I had a medical concern with my dog I made repeated trips because they could not determine the cause. I spent upwards of $1000 and they never did determine what was wrong. They suggested I go to a specialist. I did not go to a specialist, but went to a vet close to my house, He figured it out on the first visit and it cost me $100 to confirm and treat. What was really upsetting is the cause was probably a reaction to a sting or bug bite and I suggested that more then once to the vets at university clinic who would not consider it. Instead they did sugery, took x-rays, gave multiple antibiotics, ran two blood tests and all of it was not needed. They even suggested a type of bone cancer! I will never go back.
