Made an appointment for an oil change, 45 minutes later they informed me that they had to "order" another oil filter. I waited almost an additional hour for the process to be completed, in which case I watched through the window as the car sat and no one ever went near it. Once it was done I left thinking everything was fine. Came out to drive to work today and my driveway is covered in engine oil and they cracked my oil filter cap. So, after a waste of money and time I had to go back to the dealership anyways. Richard (not sure what position he holds) is not intelligent by the way. Thanks for costing me more money than I should have ever had to spend! DO NOT USE SEARS!
