  • Spent one night here during a drive across country and loved it! The hotel feels like what I would imagine a sixties family vacation spot would be like (and I mean that in the best way). There is this awesome courtyard with an outdoor aviary full of canaries, a pool, a gazebo, swinging lounge chairs and a giant chess set. I kid you not. It was all very festive for the holidays which added extra appeal. The room itself looks like it has been updated recently and everything was very clean and nice. There's also free wireless. My only complaint which is very minor and didn't really affect my stay was that the sheets were a bit rough and the heater loud. Overall a great stay and I would definitely come back if ever in Scottsdale again. Hotels.com has a good rate for the room.
