| - As an update, they still have not sent this out, as apparently they are on such antiquated systems that allow them to accept funds via a Card, but not refund to a card, which I do not fully understand. Regardless, they send out a check, which I am fully expecting to bounce first and foremost, but most importantly, they do not contact you to find the address to send it to.
Here is a prime example of a lack of customer service and interest or caring. CALL prior to sending a check, as the person is attempting to move, so the address you have on file is potentially NOT VALID. Such a wild concept.
Was told for the 3rd time I would receive a call, and again, not holding my breath. I will not only be contacting the BBB again. I would once again rate this a zero if it was an option, but beware of Anna and Nicky as this complex boils down to petty theft as an operational standpoint.
Received a call back FINALLY and an all but admission as Anna's response was....I won't answer the question about why you haven't been contacted back. Still not going to refund ffor the full amount per the email she sent and stated to me. Complaint registered with the Bobby officially, and I would STRONGLY suggest NO ONE deal with this organization. They do not answer questions truthfully nor do they conduct business in an honest nor helpful way. The "check" will be sent AFTER the dates indicated for the refund time and overnighted as apparently they sent one to my previous location. I asked for proof of this. Which cannot be given until AFTER I receive the new check.
