Life Less Ordinary Next in the "The Guys Survival Guide to Malls" series.
Sherway Gardens is the shopping centre inbetween Downtown(Eaton Centre) and Mississauga(Square One) where Hwy. 427 meets QEW. Both TTC(Toronto) and MiWay(Mississauga) public transit will bring you here, and reasonable Parking available which is one less excuse for us guys to stay home and watch the game.
Sherway Gardens prides itself on upscale fashion, best in class retailers, gardens and comfortable leather seating. How does that make you feel? Don't be afraid to share your true feelings and let it out. Ahhhhhhh! Scotiabank is available but no other banks however Generic ATM are scattered through-out.
Seating Comfort Level:(****-)
The comfortable cushy Leather Seating is absolutely necessary because you will need the softest thing to cushion your fall while you FAINT as most of the Leather Seated areas are in front of something uncomfortable to your ass. Faint worthy notables: Sephora, L'Occitane, Rudsak, Locale, Ron White, Cassis, Femme de Carriere, Holt Renfrew, etc...
On the other hand, Ladies also have to know where to faint because upscale isn't sexist by any means. Faintspotting: Long Island Humidor, Harry Rosen, Mercedes Benz Comfort Zone, Ecco Shoes, F.G Bradleys, Sony Style, etc...
Safety Zone:(***--)
Drive towards the Ringling Brothers Circus Tent Look-alike. That's the preferable Parking end where Sporting Life(2-level) is located while the opposite end is Holt Renfrew. ALERT - I haven't seen any Fine Lady yet without a Holt Renfrew bag coming out of that place. This South Side Safey Zone has shops such as Esprit, Hallmark, Capezio, Tip Top, European Jewellery, Artworld of Sherway, SOHO Salon/Spa, MAC Cosmetics, Godiva Chocolatiers, Tbooth, Guess and Hollister. Boys, trust me these are the GOOD ones of the litter.
The 2nd level here is completely inclusive to the Food Court with your average Food Court Fare(Caribbean Queen, Koryo BBQ, NY Fries, Villa Madina, Thai Express, Taco Bell, KFC, Crepe Delicious, Hero Burger, etc...) Btw, some Food specialties not located in the Food Court(Ta-Ze(Olive Oil, Balsamic), DAVDsTEA, Parisco Courtyard Café, Pickel Barrel, Faema Caffe)
Exit Strategy:(****-)
Guys, when you wish upon a star it will guide you to safety. Be it Feng Shui, Zodiac or Psychic abilities, your future here depends on what I call the "Lucky Star". This STAR is right in the centre of this Figure 8 designed Mall where -=5=- routes of escape is possible. Look to stay where the Titanic style Staircase meets Circus Tent Roof, known as the middle of the Mall where you can find Santa in the Winter months.
It's not exactly the best spot to bring someone since you'll find shops like Abercrombie, Ben Moss Jewellers, European Jewellery, Peoples Jewellers, Guess by Marciano. I find that this central location can bring visual confusion especially when there's patrons overload. It will quickly disorient your mental GPS however that's why remembering the "Lucky Star" strategy is so important. Find an Exit route and make a run for it, Good Luck.

Sadly it's nothing exciting here unless Water can make you excited. If so, there are several Water Features of different varieties that's if you come across ones that are still active. Go check out the Mercedes Benz near the Holiday Tree at the Sears end. If you can STEAL a spot from the Elderly, make sure to grab any 2-seat Leather Sofa and make some sweeter dreams away from this Upscale Fashion Mall that is known as Sherway Gardens.
