  • Concept: Unique, in that it's just enchiladas and soups. Not a ton a variety of soups but you can add any topping you want in your soups, which were plenty. You choose the type of tortillas either corn or half and half. Then you choose the filling. I liked the beef and spinach and mushroom was really good too. I tried chicken as a sample which had a kick. Their salsa was OK. I also tried tortilla soup which was not just OK. It lacked the flavor and spice. It didn't have the wow factor. I wouldn't get it again. But enchiladas were pretty good specially cuz they made their own fresh tortillas. My son got a corn tortilla quesadilla and he liked it. I also tried a bite of his and it was different but good. In all good lunch value. I loved the corn bread with jalapeño. It was amazing. Definitely it's gonna be my spot for lunch.
