  • I'll start by saying I've never personally written a review on yelp, but because of my experience today I went ahead and signed up so I could! We just purchased a car for our family of 6 today from the Mercedes-Benz Gilbert dealership (no we didn't get a Mercedes-I wish ;) however we found our 2016 Honda Odyssey there! We were put in touch with Jim Chikos from the online sales department and he was so awesome! The entire staff from the friendly receptionists smile to the personable (hilarious) finance guy Christian! Everyone was so genuine, and accommodating and not in the "we just wanna sell you a car" kind of way. Jim was respectful of our budget and not pushy at all, and was such a breath of fresh air (car shopping can be a nightmare as I'm sure you all know). I would absolutely recommend this dealership, Jim and his entire staff any day! And to top it off we had to get in and out quickly-we drove our new car away in less than 2 hours!
