  • Absolutely HORRIBLE company. I scheduled an appointment online and they NEVER showed up so I called them the next day in which they scheduled someone else to come to my home between 3-5 pm. Weird thing is, the guy asked me a half a dozen times if all decisions makers would be present, I said "I am the decision maker." He would not let up! My gut was telling me these people are into Pressure Sales, they are Shysters! Ultimately, they did NOT show up again! I can't GIVE my business to these folks. I have come to the conclusion, they are not dependable, not trustworthy, not ethical, and certainly not responsible. End Result: I have made an appointment with Scottsdale Flooring and I look forward to having great service from a reputable and trustworthy company.
