The only thing more confusing than their uniform consisting of a Blue Jays cap is the amount of grass jelly I got in my drink which I had to pay $0.50 extra for.
I applaud them for using real fruits but service was slow and options were limited. Compared to other bubble tea joints where you can adjust your sugar and ice levels, you weren't given much of a choice here. I ordered a large passion fruit green tea with grass jelly..... the drink wasn't cold and I doubt they used real passion fruit in mine since there were no passion fruit seeds present. Back to annoyance of having to pay that extra 50cents for grass jelly and the server gave me one measly tablespoon of grass jelly that she dumped into my cup after my drink was made. UGH I should've taken a photo.
Similar with everyone else's drink, I thought it was weird that they dumped the toppings after the drinks were made - causing unnecessary splashing and your toppings floating to the top, making it hard to drink.
The only good thing about this place is that it's right below the AMC which means you can easily sneak it into the theatre as your movie drink.
