  • My poor little Yorkie was poked in the eye after a grooming by Stephanie. This was my first experience here and clearly the last. I brought my dog to my vet the next day and was told she had a laceration in her eye. I called Signal Butte Hospital & grooming; they took no accountability for incident. They refunded the money for the grooming, and said we will part ways. I don't want anyone else to have their animal harmed here.I asked Stephanie why her eye was closed when I picked her up she said "she must just have hair in her eye". My vet was very clear on the fact that her eye was lacerated.Accidents happen...just be honest!! Them not paying the $138 vet bill is second to my dogs health and anyone else's animal. Just do the RIGHT THING!!!
