  • Very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly customer service reps. I will update my review today after I go back to the store to thank them again for their excellent service and I am sure of their names. I had a problem with Sprint and had 7 lines with them, They switched over all of my lines to their service, at 1/3 the price. From over 614.00 monthly bill at Sprint now my bill will be 210.00 for 7 lines. Their lobby was full and had to wait but it was worth the time I spent there. I am reviewing the staff not Metro Pcs I have not had service long enough to rate the actual service. If you are looking for competent customer service reps then they can help you. We went to another Metro Pcs store on 7th st and Union Hills and the poor girl had no clue. For 7 lines she was going to charge us more that 350.00 a month.
