  • I wish there was a way to give them negative stars. The check in process was horrible. And unfortunately that ended up as the best part. The room was not clean, the ironing board was stained, the shower ceiling was sinking in, the phone didn't work, and they ran out bath towels when we requested one. Oh and the keys to the rooms didn't work one time. The maintenance staff had to let us in each time. Never again. Don't stay here. It's disgusting at best.
