  • When most people talk about auto repair places they stammer and stutter and skip a heart beat or two. I've owned many cars over the years and have had many places do all kinds of work to my vehicles but to find an honest place that doesn't try and up sell you on stuff you don't really need is rare. My local Greulich's is that rare place. I bought my 1998 Mercedes SL 500 there because of another local shops mishandling of work. They were very upfront and called me before they did the work and charged me exactly as quoted. I even asked about getting a transmission flush done. They asked how the tranny was working ? I said perfectly . The gentleman said with a car that old don't even bother with the flush for now. If it ain't broke.....don't fix it. Any other place would have been happy to take my $$$ cuz most work on commission and they over sell their services. They were honest about exactly how much work they were comfortable about doing on the Mercedes , which but my mind at ease. Thanks Guys for outstanding service! I'm local and will most certainly be back again
