This is not a full-service hotel. But it is wonderful hotel nonetheless. It has a youthful vibe in the center of town. It is right across the street from more staid Omni and across the street from the soon-to-be Ritz Carlton.
There are many restaurants around so room service is quite unnecessary - and REALLY does anyone really even enjoy room service?
It has a very modern vibe. No stuffy bellman or concierge (plus or minus?). The rooms are very spare and modern. flat panel tv on the wall. Cool magazines in the room (Dwell, Spin, Conde Nast Traveler, Wired)!! And Bliss shower/bath amenities. Free wi-fi in the room as well.
For me, as long as there is free wi-fi in a nice designed room, I am good.
The swimming pool is an oversized lap pool. Nothing extraordinary, but it has glass windows along one size, so the view at night is beautiful.
The one negative: the hotel is located on the 5th floor of the Epicenter, and there are only 2 elevators which are for whatever reason very slow.
