I was going to give them one star, however I appreciate the timeliness of the appointment (next day). I had them install Senegalese twists about three weeks ago. First off, I asked the lady not to braid my edges because I barely have any as it is...she disregarded my request and still braided some of my sides because she thought it should be braided. I ended up taking the edges out as soon as I got home. Next, she braided so tight, I thought that strands of my hair would pop out if I smiled. Then, i was asked for payment prior to completion because the owner (I'm assuming) was leaving early with her family/kids. Finally, I guess that one of the females had a disagreement or felt some type of way about another employee (possibly , the owner) and talked about her and how she didn't want her husband and other unprofessional drama that I was not interested in knowing about. A week later my hair loosened up--thank God, but so did several of my twists. They began unraveling and I'm sure that I'll take them out within the next couple of weeks and steer far away from this location. I'm returning to Adja's--I would have been there in the first place if I weren't so impatient...patience definitely is a virtue! Good luck, if you choose this "business"!
