  • These people are fucking stupid! You call 4 times in a day back to back and get 4 different stories.. then comes to the time my payment should have been taken and my payment was never taken out of my account and its my fault.. maybe someone there should gave done their job I signed up for auto pay... not my fault if nv energy doesn't take my auto payment what else do you want me to do... bend over backwards... oh wait already did that for nevada energy to fuck me again... pathetic company that fucks with you because you have no other choice.. horrible!
