Wow worst customer service ever I had in a long time ! I went in to do a quick exchange or refund they ladies working the registers were too busy chitchatting with each other and with another employee who seem to be off already, they were all talking trash about their boss and other customers.
So I proceed to try to do my exchange or refund and my total comes out to $74 and some change I was told that neither of the ladies had that amount because their boss had already did the bank deposit for the day.
I asked what time should I come back the following day and the lady I believe her name is Christine says with the big attitude in the morning I proceed to ask around about what time and she says again in the morning
Well that doesn't really help me very much I need to know a time frame, as I live far from their store.
I could tell she was very upset because I interrupted her trash talking session with her friend it was very unprofessional and I felt like I was a burden.
This is not the only time I have seen this particular employee I believe her name is Christine this is my third time and each time has not been a memorable encounter.
If you're going to have a customer service job you should at least treat people with respect and not give big attitude when somebody asked a simple question
If you have a Sally's beauty supply close to you and you don't have to come to the Dobson Rio Salado location I would highly recommend finding another location !! you'll have a much better experience
I love this shopping center but because of these rude ladies I will NOT be back !
