  • I've been excited for months about this international concert. Today left me underwhelmed. My wrist band did not work. The concert is cashless and you load your money on your bracelet prior to the event. Mine, did not work! After checking numerous times through my app and it showed my bracelet had money, I came to the festival ready to spend and I was left short with zero access to funds. Their solution, exit and go back to the box office. Imagine trying to re enter any event with security, it's a lengthy process. Ridiculous! Next as we left, we went to the 30 doors that read exit. We were not allowed to exit!!thats a straight fire hazard and in inconvenience. We spent over $300.00 each to be at this concert and there was zero organization. For an international festival, they failed epically. The Ferris wheel never worked either. This has been promoted for over a year. They can't get anything right. I've been to festivals all over the world and this was sub par. I did appreciate the ample bathrooms, restaurants and bars. #iwantmymoneyback. International festival= do better!
