This was our first time at Via Brasil. It will likely be our last. I understand that they expected to be very busy for Easter Brunch. However, our reservation is at 12:30, we were seated at 12:35, and we are still waiting to pay the bill. The food quality was okay, not as good as Texas de Brazil in Town Square. The salad bar left a lot to be desired. The sticking point has been the service, which has been tediously slow, and inconceivably so. The restaurant had plenty of empty tables for brunch. We finally gave up and set our credit card on the table. The manager finally picked it up, our server then told us that was a problem with our bill, and proceeded to take another 15 minutes to try to bring us the check. We ordered a bottle of wine and to brunch menu items. I don't understand how this creates a problem. Via Brasil, you seriously need to work on improving your service. This was a disappointment for us.
