This proved to be a surprise find outside of the Vegas strip. Who knew such a large international grocery warehouse would exist in Vegas? D made the discovery while venturing outside the Orleans heading to Walgreens. He told me about it and I had to check it out.
We both went back to check it out again. They look to be sectioning off by country though some parts it wasn't clear on origin since various pastas for example were grouped together. I didn't recall seeing anything specific to the Caribbean area though. Maybe I missed it though we did walk throughout the numerous sections the store has.
They also had a nice variety of fresh fish and lobster (the latter at the low price of $12.99 a pound...prices unheard of in Chicagoland). Unfortunately I couldn't take advantage of the pricing (unless they cook it for you there which I didn't see).
The cashier mentioned a membership card which we didn't get since we don't live in Vegas. There was even some nice international people watching that could be done. Hubba hubba.
Overall I was impressed. Next time I'm in Vegas I'll have to make an effort to stop here again. Thankfully if my next stay is on the strip, there is a free shuttle that takes you from the Linq to the Orleans so I can definitely take advantage of that while it lasts.
