  • HORRIBLE!!!! The only thing good about this place is the price - but I guess you are paying for the quality. They break at least one thing every time they come, leave dirty cleaning towels all over the house and always forget to put me on the schedule when I call for a service. I will stay home from work to open the door for them and an hour will pass before I call and they claim I never asked for a cleaning? Talk about horrible customer service! And I know it isn't me because it has happened over 5 times now. I can't remember the name but the male owner is so rude!! I can not even believe they are still in business with his attitude. Also, when we called a new cleaning company to get a quote, they said that our house is a disaster with mold everywhere. They said it looks like our house hasn't been cleaned in years (the cleaning authority came once a month)!!! EW.
