  • Dr. Roncal is so money hungry it is ridiculous and disgusting. She should not be working with animals because it is clear she does not have a love/passion for them. All she wants is the hard-earned money of pet owners because we actually love and care for them. This place needs to be shut down because she does not operate morally or ethically at all. I have never seen her play with or give treats to either of my dogs. My one dog absolutely hates her and I should've stopped coming here sooner. Our last visit we spent about $700 and that was after declining numerous unnecessary tests and medications. This woman always tries to up-sell her overpriced services which are not even effective. Animal doctors should be held to the same standards as human doctors.
