  • Five stars because I have literally never laughed so much renting a car. We sat there for a good fifteen minutes, then the lady comes out, absolutely spaced, tells us our car's not there, she's not sure what kind of car it is, and she doesn't know where they'll get one from. She then explained, slightly weirdly, "I've been on lunch". I do NOT know what these guys do on their lunch break but I want to work there... So anyway she was lovely, and we Lyft-ed it across town and got a nice car from their other branch. It was great, reasonable price; happy campers. Definitely rent a car here it's comedy gold. Also go to the cheap taco place opposite while you wait for the staff to try get it together and find the car you reserved..
