We went in for the first time to get more information about the place as a possibility for our next apartment. Upon entering the office, I was actually impressed with the feel and look, but as we got to the front desk we immediately felt taken back by the front people. They looked like they had better things to do and continued to talk while we waited to be asked what we needed.
The young lady that helped us was also not very welcoming, or seem to want our business or care that we were interested. The way she dressed did not surprise me with how she was feeling that particular day. I'm not trying to sound harsh but she dressed as if she just got back from a nap, leggings and a thin cardigan. The entire feel was just not what I expected a professional showing apartments would look like or act. We felt the person helping us was also less knowledgeable with our questions and feeling like they had something to hide.
We will not be renting, the prices are pretty similar to a lot of nearby apartments, and I would recommend you look around, there's lots of other people who are willing to help and want your business.
