  • Living at San Marbeya for the past two years has been such a wonderful experience! This apartment has been more than just a place to live, it has been a home! I have had absolutely no issues living here. The apartments are great and spacious, with great layouts. The pool is magnificent surrounded with palm trees and cabanas. I always feel like I am on vacation when I go to the pool or use the nice gym. There is also an awesome e-cafe with computers, coffee, and printing which has been great for studying. I also have a pet so I am in love with the fact the San Marbeya has a large dog park! The management and maintenance crew is fabulous. They are more than just people who work here, they really care about the residents and community. They are super friendly and always willing to help. San Marbeya also has free yoga by the pools on Sundays, days where food trucks come by, and awesome events! My favorite was the ugly sweater holiday party! Overall, this place is such a great place to live with wonderful staff, amenities, and apartments all at a fair price! I couldn't be more please living here and I honestly have no negative things to say about San Marbeya!
