  • Easily the best dental experience I have ever had. I have had the worst experiences finding a truly ethical and skilled dentist. I have lived in Vegas for over 20 years and until now I have never had an experience worthy of a return visit. I tried nearly a month ago to see a dentist for a simple tooth extraction and of course the first interaction is a 30 minute up-sell on all the things I need to get done. When I said I was only interested in the extraction at the time, given my current pain and discomfort, his office told me that my insurance required that I be referred to an Oral Surgeon even for a simple extraction with no complications. This turned out to be an absolute falsehood. A friend referred me to Las Vegas Smile Center and so with a lot of skepticism I booked a new appointment to have my tooth pulled. My appt was at Noon. I arrived 15 minutes early to complete my paperwork. I was in my car driving away at 1220 and very impressed. The staff is genuinely friendly. No scripted hellos like every bank seems to do now. Every person I met there took an interest in making sure I was comfortable. I even had a chat about the gym with one of the assistants. The dentist was punctual, friendly, responsive and PAIN FREE!!. This was one of those experiences where I didn't even know that he was done until he told me. During the process he kept asking me If I was comfortable. Most impressive to me was that this Dentist took the time to ask me what "I" wanted from him devoid of any sales pitch. When I made him aware of my needs he gave me a few options and simply asked that I followup when I was ready. How great is that? I finally found an ethical, affordable and honest dentist after 20 years.
