As far as customer service at the store, I'm happy with it. The problems came later in the way. I bought all my living room with them, I got the delivery on time and then I found out that the rug had some loose threads. I called the customer service, let them know about the issue and the guy said that it wasn't a problem. They will replace it with a new one and pick up the one with the damage. Long story short, it has been a month trying to deal with this issue. It seems this representative never place anything in the record, they transfer me from one department to another and no one wants to find the solution. Bad, bad customer service. On the other hand, they offer furnisher warranty so if a spell wine, they someone to clean it up, I'm still waiting for the person to come and check the sofa. I will post an update if I get any solution to my matters. So far the worst costumer service ever
