Was deciding which one to walk in to... Ichiban or next door Nathan's. After 5 minutes of observing each location, decided to go a bit healthy. Food quality is fine (don't know about seafood based sushi/meals). Service took longer than "normal". So on the second day, I ordered simple dish to go from both here and Nathan's. I got food ready from Nathan's in 6 min. From Ichiban.... 17 min.
For service quality(speed of meal preparation), I give 2 stars but food quality compensates (being nice here I am....) as well as staff member being apologetic for slow kitchen service (it's not their fault) so 3 stars.
I think the chef is taking too much time to perfect the dish.... anyways... I enjoyed the taste of meal.
