I have been a loyal customer for about 3 years. That's 2-3 times a month gold package and oil changes. The USED to know my name..... The last 2 times my car has had issues and today was just the final straw. Subpar to say the least! When I expressed to management (who was sitting on the counter) how angry I was with the horrific detailing of my car and how I would be taking my business elsewhere I was told "I don't blame you". This was a GOLD package .... picture speak louder than words.
