Well I just left there after waiting 30 minutes to be helped. They take forever to process one transaction, and one guy said "I'll be right with you", since I was next in line, but when he came back he went to help someone who had just gotten there!! 20 minutes later I found a Customer Service Manager and told her I needed help in speakers, and she said give her A MINUTE to help one of their employees and she'd be right with me. So after 10 more minutes of waiting for her I left in disgust.
I don't know her name but she's the female customer service manager working on 11/11 at 2pm. I was prepared to spend up to $1400 on speakers if I found something good, but I guess that money will go to someone else.
