It should be less than one star in my mind. My bill more than quadrupled in Jan/Feb. I called the SW customer service and they offered no explanation or resolution to determine the root cause of my very high bill. I mentioned reaching out to channel15 about my complaint and SW customer service rep just laughed. I think it about time to contact our legislature, or congress, to support de-regulation of Arizona gas! We have newly elected officials this year--now let them get out there and do something for the PEOPLE of Arizona!
By the way, my gas bill in Ohio was less than half with -2 degree temperatures.
