  • I have shopped tj maxx for years with my mother and even have their card. Came in to this location to do an exchange just for different size from another location. At this one the price was marked 20 more dollars then what I bought it for and the Sales clerk named Toni was horrible she said they would not honor even though the exact jacket and I asked her if she could at least call the other store to see if they had a different size and she told me no I could call and find the number on google, I work I retail so I was completely surprised at the service I was getting. I ended up finding the jacket in the store on a different rack for the 20 dollars and then she said "yeah my manager got to find it" I said actually no I happen to find it and she finished with well doesn't that just work out so rudely. I will not be going back to this location!
