  • Soo. I wasn't going to write this review but as time has passed and I've switched doctors. I'm coming to understand how screwed over I got from doctor fisch. He is just in it for the money. He doesn't care about the well being of his patients. If I had the time and money I would sue him for what he put me through. When I went to see him at first he seemed great! Then he just kept pushing me to do ivf. We don't have that kind of money. I explained that to him and he so lightly tells me, " just get a loan" like I have a money tree in my back yard. I also told him that I've had multiple miscarriages and I have a blood clotting disorder called factor IV Leiden. Which means that I need to take a blood thinning shot every day of my pregnancy. I knew that from a fertility doctor I consulted with like 7 years prior. He never did any blood test to confirm that or to try and find out why I am having so many miscarriages. We didn't think to ask. We trusted his process and just did what he asked. We opted for IUI which cost us $1850. The day we showed up for our appointment he was outside smoking. Which I thought was gross and unprofessional. Didn't even recognize us as we passed him going up to his office. Anyway, I successfully got pregnant! Which was a huge surprise! Unfortunately I miscarried 7 weeks. My frustration with this doctor began when he it took week after I found out that I was pregnant to confirm that I was pregnant. I don't live in the area of the doctors office. I live two half hours away to be exact. So I had to go to a lab near me which took some time. I apparently took the wrong test. I took a test that confirmed I was pregnant but he needed the the test that says the number of hormone levels which took even more time to finally get that result. In the mean time I kept asking when do I start taking the shot that I need. He refused to help me with that until he got the right test results of my hormone levels. Long story short by the time he got his results I was already miscarrying. Come to find out when we met with this new doctor he told us I should have been on that shot immediately after I found out I was pregnant. Not only that but the new doctor said that I also should have immediately been on progesterone. Dr fisch never once mentioned anything about that. Over all it was a waste of time and money. According to doctors I should have got this ball rolling long time ago since I am now 37. I'm sooo incredibly mad at my self and Dr. fisch for what was one of the most difficult times in my life that could have been prevented had he give shit. I will say on the positive that the nurses and the front desk girls were awesome and extremely helpful. Other then that I would absolutely not recommend this doctor.
