  • I was craving some Mediterranean food and I found Levant on Yelp. I walked into the restaurant and realized that my friend and I were the only ones at this place. I was hesitant but decided to stay because I was craving some lamb. Our waiter was helpful and gave us some recommendations. I decided to order the lamb kabobs that came with potatoes and falafel. I never had falafel in my life, but the waiter convinced me to try it. I am glad that I ordered this side dish. It is a deep fried ball made from chickpeas. The falafel was mixed with onions, parsley, garlic, and other herbs and spices. It was a great dish! The potatoes were seasoned to perfection and tasted like heaven! Last and not the least, the lamb kabobs had a strong but amazing taste!! The waiter was attentive and refilled our waters when we ran low and took care of us throughout the night. I was satisfied with my meal and it only came out to be $19! The service was excellent and the food was beyond my expectations. Why were we the only ones at the restaurant?! I hope more people come across this place, because it would be shameful if the restaurant went out of business. If you are near Uptown, I would definitely recommend foodies to check this place out! Great service, food, and prices are reasonable!
