  • Don't misunderstand this rating as 1, i would rather give it a 0 if possible. I have been to this great clips since last 2 years, the management changed and even this new management was doing good before I met Taylor before and she was excellent, This time I had to meet a dumb hair stylist ( and she says she was trained stylist) who can not deal with the scissors. I don't understand why this management is hiring such dumb people which brings down their reputation. I will never go there again. She started cutting my hair as if she got a good place to practice i went in with a good hair and asked her to use siccors and take out the excess hair which is coming on to my ears. She started cutting it as she likes and started blaming my head is not right and asked me why i don't like clippers used. I returned out with some hair hear and there which was also not evenly cut. I request the management to look into it before she spoils some other customers head. I truly regret of being here today. FRIENDS PLEASE DONT GO THERE IF YOU REALLY LOVE YOUR HAIR YOU WILL TRULY REGRET.
