  • Stay Away !! Dented our brand new Jag - Said sorry when they dropped it off, contact support team for help and insurance, now they are saying it was not them. Even after sharing photos. They have no central office, support team and a 1 man band that outsource any customer complaints. If you seriously care about how your car is treated, Stay away from ValAir!! We even paid for a Carwash and it came back dirty in and out than we left it. Craz!!
