  • I HATE this place. I have been held at gunpoint, my car has been vandalized, and the appliances never work. Today was supposed to be the final payment on my lease, and they told me that my written 30 day notice was never processed, so I actually owe another entire month's rent plus 3 days prorate. Poor customer service on that part. Completely bogus and unacceptable. I regret moving into this dump. All they want is money.
