I wrote one review which now seems to be gone. I felt compelled to write yet another as even today the are billing me for services not completed. I never got my prescription for my contacts, what I did get however was a trial package to try while on vacation, but while on the way out of town my fiance looking at the package I picked up at the office noticed it was not for me. It was for another patient and when I called they asked me to bring it back and I was already on the road and was not turning back. It so happened it was for my teenage Neice so I dropped it at a location where she could come get it. I barely got an apology from them I never did get the prescription and ended up going to another optometrist and getting a new prescription. To be fair this is all front office staff as Dr Espisito was very good and polite. The front office is way more concerned about the money than servicing or Patient care. They keep billing me like $110.00 for incomplete care so Ill keep advising about my poor experience. And my first review was prior to their billing its not about the money......so it seems they have no problem finding me to bug me about a bill for which the service was never completed!
