  • My review is for the service center guys. They're freaking awesome. My battery was d-e-a-d dead. I stopped by here before I went to work down the street. At first they thought they wouldn't have the correct battery, but they did some magician-like magic, and got it figured out! Not only did they help me out of a really tight place, they were funny, and so friendly. They made me feel very comfortable and like I was truly getting the best care. I come to Walmart for most of my car maintenance, and always have a pleasant experience, but these guys went above and beyond to make sure I was taken of. I worked retail for 10 years, and work customer service currently, and know the value of a good experience. I normally go to the Walmart closer to my home, as I live in Mesa and this is in Scottsdale, but I will be coming here for all of my vehicle needs from now on. I didn't get the names of the guys who helped me, but they were the ones working this morning, Saturday 12/9 right at opening. They're seriously awesome.
