I had a great experience at BMW Henderson and was assisted by Yalin Huang. I wasn't too crazy about going to Henderson from Summerlin to look at a car, but I felt compelled by a gorgeous 2013 550i M. Long story short, I didn't end up leaving with the car I originally saw, but I'm still just as happy with my new 2015 528i!!. I love my new car and the service was awesome. I love the experience BMW gives customers in regards to purchasing a new car, which is usually long and strenuous. I love the BMW Genius Bar too! Kevin was awesome!! I feel confident to call or return if I have any questions about my car. Only complaint was that I had to return to BMW Henderson because they didn't write my name correctly on the paper work. That was a drag. But, c'est la vie.
Finally, despite the inconvenience, I give five stars for overall satisfaction, kindness of staff, and ease.
