  • This is one of the worst Starbucks I've have been to. I walked in at 7am on a Monday, so I was expecting a line. The line was going so slow I felt bad for the workers running around all crazy trying to stay caught up! They need more workers to help during busier times. They're running around so much that they forget to complete orders the way customers ask them to! The lady in front of me ordered an un sweetened green tea and a NON heated coffee cake. She received a sweetened green tea and requested an un sweetened one. The barista then said to the lady taking orders right in front of me and a few other customers, "you need to write un sweetened on the cup when they don't want it sweetened." How rude and unprofessional! The customer then reminded them about her coffee cake because she didn't have it yet! They got the coffee cake out of the case and heated it up for her... *face palm* I asked & paid for a drip coffee with classic & extra caramel syrup and I got neither of those in my black coffee. This location could use more workers on busy mornings and betting training!
