  • I am so disappointed! I was so excited to finally invest in myself and thought this was a better option than the more invasive options. It has been 4 months and the experience with this company was terrible Not only did they overcharge me by $1000 , they did not want to credit their mistake until I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. The procedure was so painful and I had no positive result. I look worse than before because one side is now bumpy. The women who did the procedure seemed very nice and said she had done thousands of coolsculpting. I really trusted them.
