  • Great customer service. My first visit was after Physical therapy session. I was tired and sore and they were crowded and busy. Trying to get around using a walker can be difficul, but both staff and patrons were accommodating. A new person was ringing and accidentally gave me the wrong pastry. There were 3 I could have described so it was a really easy mistake. They fixed it, let me keep the wrong one, and gave me a card for a drink on my next visit. I wasn't loud and angry (I do have resting b*th face though) and they were wick to want to remedy it and secure my coming back for a future visit. I normally eschew Starbucks for pretty much any other coffee outlet. After this I'll always come back when I'm down this way! My only complaint was the extra 400calories, because I ate both pastries and they were delicious.
